The terms and conditions governing your use of this website.
Effective date: July 12, 2026 · Last updated: July 12, 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at cyberbhoomi.com (the "Site"), operated by Cyberbhoomi Inc. ("Cyberbhoomi," "we," "us," or "our"), a company with its registered office at 1 King Street W, Suite 4800, Toronto, ON M5H 1A1, Canada. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
The Site provides information about Cyberbhoomi's cybersecurity advisory, assessment, managed security, and related services, and allows visitors to request information or contact our team. The Site does not itself provide security services, deliver software, or process production data — it is an informational and lead-generation website.
The Site is intended for business and professional audiences and is not directed to individuals under the age of 16. By using the Site, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, whether on your own behalf or on behalf of an organization you represent.
You agree not to:
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, the Cyberbhoomi name and marks, and the underlying design and code, is owned by Cyberbhoomi or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages from the Site for your own personal or internal business reference, provided you do not modify the content and retain all copyright and proprietary notices. No other use is permitted without our prior written consent.
The Site may link to third-party websites, including Deceptiment™ (deceptiment.com), Cyberbhoomi's dedicated deepfake and social-engineering readiness platform, used exclusively for consent-based, lawful, and authorized security testing engagements and governed by its own terms of service and privacy notices. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party website, and inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.
Content on the Site — including descriptions of our services, blog posts, and general security information — is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, compliance, financial, or professional cybersecurity advice specific to your organization. Any engagement of Cyberbhoomi's services is governed by a separate, signed statement of work or services agreement, not by these Terms.
The Site and all content on it are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Cyberbhoomi and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Site, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cyberbhoomi and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, third parties, or our business interests, or for any other reason at our discretion.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be effective as soon as it is posted on this page, with the "Last updated" date revised accordingly. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
