This Privacy Policy explains how Cyberbhoomi Inc. ("Cyberbhoomi," "we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in Ontario, Canada with its registered office at 1 King Street W, Suite 4800, Toronto, ON M5H 1A1, collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit cyberbhoomi.com (the "Site") or otherwise interact with us.
This Policy is written to address obligations under multiple privacy frameworks, including Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial legislation, the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and U.S. state privacy laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA). Where a specific law grants you rights beyond what is described generally in this Policy, that law governs and is referenced in Section 8 below.
This Policy does not apply to Deceptiment™, a separate consent-based security-assessment platform operated by Cyberbhoomi under its own terms and privacy notices — see Section 12.
We do not currently use analytics, advertising, or behavioral-tracking scripts on this Site, and we do not knowingly collect sensitive categories of personal information (such as health, financial account, or biometric data) through the Site.

Cyberbhoomi is headquartered in Canada. The service providers referenced in Section 5 may process and store data in Canada, the United States, or other countries where they or their sub-processors operate. Where we transfer personal information originating in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland to a country that has not been deemed to provide an adequate level of protection, we rely on appropriate safeguards recognized under applicable law, such as Standard Contractual Clauses, and take reasonable steps to ensure your information continues to receive an appropriate level of protection.
We retain personal information submitted through our contact form for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain a record of the business relationship, and thereafter as required to comply with legal, accounting, or reporting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request earlier deletion as described in Section 8.
You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, request correction of inaccuracies, and withdraw consent to our collection, use, or disclosure of your information, subject to legal and contractual restrictions.

As stated above, Cyberbhoomi does not sell or "share" personal information as those terms are defined under applicable law.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 14. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests, and we will respond within the time period required by applicable law.
Cyberbhoomi does not currently set analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies on this Site. The only third-party technology embedded on the Site is a Google Maps location map on our Contact page, which may cause Google to set its own cookies or collect technical data when the map is loaded, governed by Google's Privacy Policy. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may also use strictly necessary cookies or similar technologies required for security and content delivery. For more detail, see our Cookie Policy.
This Site is intended for a business audience and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and reputable third-party infrastructure providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
This Site may link to third-party websites, including Deceptiment™ (deceptiment.com), Cyberbhoomi's dedicated deepfake and social-engineering readiness platform, governed by its own terms and privacy notices and used exclusively for consent-based, lawful, and authorized security testing engagements. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites, and we encourage you to review the privacy policy of any site you visit.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do, and material changes will be indicated on this page. Your continued use of the Site after a revised Policy is posted constitutes your acknowledgement of the update.
